Terms of Service

1. The service

SponsorCodes (sponsor.codes) is a platform for sharing sponsor and discount codes from content creators. The service is provided by the operator named in the legal notice. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

Signing in requires a Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

3. Your content

You may submit discount codes, votes, reports, and — as an approved creator — profile information. By submitting content you confirm that you are entitled to share it and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, display, and distribute it as part of operating the service.

It is not permitted to submit content that:

• is false, deliberately misleading, or fraudulent (e.g. fabricated codes),
• infringes third-party rights,
• contains malware, phishing, or otherwise harmful links, or
• constitutes spam or bulk-submitted material.

We may edit (e.g. complete or correct), deactivate, or remove any submitted content at our discretion, and remove content in response to reports. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact contact@sponsor.codes — substantiated takedown requests are handled promptly.

4. Creator program

Users can apply to be listed as creators. Approval is at our discretion and may be revoked in case of abuse. Creators may attach affiliate links to their codes; affiliate links must point to the merchant the code belongs to. Misleading affiliate links may be removed and lead to removal from the creator program.

5. Affiliate links

Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links: if you make a purchase through them, the creator who shared the code or this site may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. Purchases happen exclusively on the merchant's website under the merchant's own terms — we are not a party to those transactions.

6. No warranty

Codes are submitted by users and can expire or change at any time. The service is provided "as is" — we do not warrant that any code is valid or yields the stated discount, nor that the service is available without interruption.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damage, and consequential damage is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may grant you a different venue.
